The Cascade Room – my new find on Main St.
Well…not exactly my find, but the first one I visited on my “to-visit” list. It’s kind of a side benefit from my current job now (wink*).
The decor is not the best I’ve seen, but I love their French-style accent wall with overlapping wallpapers and the big blackboard chalked with phrases; something like: The legal drinking age in Poland is “I have three Euros.” We ordered some curry mussels with fried pita bread and a seafood risotto. The portion wasn’t big, but enough to feed a small stomach. The price might not seemed justified if you have a big stomach, but the food was great! Maybe that will balance out the price for some people.
