前陣子去了 One of a Kind Show & Sale 的 sneak peak event, 只有收到 email 邀請函的媒體才能去。就是收到這樣的 email, 雖然不是署名我, 還是很厚臉皮地給它去了 (還更厚臉皮地順便幫 Poan reserve!!! 最害羞的竟然是在那裡碰到副編!!!!!!!) 這 event 是在 Gastown 的 Salt Tasting Room 地窖舉辦, 老實說我有點小失望, 因為只有幾個 designers/artists 的作品拿去展, 果真是掉人家胃口! 不過, 在那裡有 wine 喝又有 tapas 吃, 離開前還有大家都愛的 swag bag (如圖: 環保袋 + crackers + 有機乳液 & 護唇膏)!! 整個就是好害羞~~ 喔對了, [...]

不曉得有幾個人會看到, 不過藉著阿子的生日, 我想跟老朋友們說, “我好想你們啊~~!!” 算一算移民來加拿大近十年了, 向你們揮手再見卻像是昨天才發生的。這幾年來, 連絡的次數確實越來越少, 可是我一直惦記著你們喔! 國中那段時光…大概是我人生中最快樂的章節吧! 好希望哪一天我們一群朋友又可以聚在一起聊天南地北, 聊往事, 聊八卦。 搞不好哪一天我會回台灣定居喔 ^^ 千萬不要以為我是為了男朋友而留在加拿大的… I love you all, my dear friends!

婚禮 no 拉炮

今天去吃桌子, 新娘新郎入場時大家猛對他們拉炮, 結果他們的表情都是害怕被打到樣子, 而一堆相機攝影機在他們的面前一直捕捉影像…我說為什麼要拉炮呢? 這樣子婚後看那些照片表情不就很沒喜氣? 還有為什麼請客都請一堆人, 有些人新郎新娘根本不認識, 只是雙方父母的親朋好友。新郎新娘來我們這桌敬酒時就是 “uh…不認識你, 但是還是謝謝你來參加。” 的感覺。 還有新娘前後換了三套禮服, 會不會太多餘了啊!? 傳統婚宴真是有趣…
