Ok…How we missed our flight…
We weren’t supposed to miss it in fact. We checked in on time, and had no problem passing through the security check. We went to the boarding gate 15 min. BEFORE the departure time, but the gate was already closed. They wouldn’t let us on because they already unloaded our luggage from the plane! How ridiculous is that?! And we later found out they were supposed to announce our names if they knew we’ve checked in but were running late…but we weren’t even late for the boarding time because they aren’t supposed to close the gate until 10min. before departure rather than 15min. We were very pissed and try to argue with them…but no use. They kept changing their arguments and said they would close the gate 20min. before departure! Anyways, we were charged extra for our next flight to Barcelona.
Just DON’t take Easyjet when you’re in Europe! They left without us just because it wasn’t a busy morning and they closed the gate earlier without even giving us warning. And they blamed us. The flight back to London was even an hour delay…
Anyways, Easyjet sucks…but other than that, the trip to Barcelona is awesome.
